  • Wet Abacha
  • leavesUtazi
  • Salt
  • Red oil
  • Onion
  • Potash
  • Fish
  • Dry pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix redoil with potash,add salt,dry pepper,and ugba,onion,rinse abacha and pour in.turn very well and simmer for 2minutes.

  2. 2

    Rinse and cut the utazi leaves.

  3. 3

    Boil the fish with salt and onion,bleach redoil and fry it in it.
