Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupsugar or jaggery powder
  2. 1 cup udad dal
  3. 1/4 cupghee
  4. 1/2 tspcardamum powder
  5. Fried dry fruit (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast udad dal to golden and grind to a coarse powder

    Heat quarter cup of ghee. Addone cup grouddal powder and fry for awhile and cool

    While still warm add 3/4 cup sugar powder and fried nuts and make laddus

    Yimmy laddus ready to eat
