1 : Pour flour, sugar, butter and baking powder in a medium bowl and mix properly. Add the cup of milk and water bit by bit and continue mixing until dough is formed.

STEP 2 : Roll out dough on a flat surface and cut with a knife into desired shapes.

Mix the cut chinchin with some dry flour to prevent it from gumming together.

STEP 4 :Pour some vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and fry the chinchin.
- 5
STEP 5 : It will give you a golden brown when it is done. Pour the chinchin in a sieve to remove excess oil.
