First, put water in a pot to boil the cabbage. Let it boil, then take the cabbage and cut it in half crosswise with a large knife. This way, it separates easily without any hassle and doesn't take much time to boil. It's a very nice and easy idea.

Continue boiling the cabbage in batches, transferring each batch to another pot and covering it to keep it soft. Do this until all the cabbage is boiled. Then, take the hollowed zucchini, wash it, and prepare it.

Now, prepare the stuffing by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl. Take the cabbage leaves and start placing the stuffing at the beginning of each leaf, then roll them up nicely. Stuff the zucchini as well and arrange them. Once done, place a smaller plate than the pot on top to weigh them down, and fill the pot with water. Do not remove it until you turn off the heat.

Now, prepare the cooking sauce by mixing it and pouring it over the stuffed vegetables. Add the garlic, mint, and salt. Let it cook on high heat until it boils, then reduce to medium heat and let it cook for another two hours. After that, drain and it's ready to eat, yum!

Enjoy your meal! It takes effort and a lot of work, but it's delicious.

I'd say it would make approximately 3 servings if serving as is. 6 servings if served over rice. Cooking with Kimberly Wood -
