Steps

Put wheat flour all purpose flour Desi Ghee salt in a bowl. Mix well. There should be crumble texture

Now gradually add water and knead a soft dough. Cover it with wet cotton towel and keep aside for half an hour.

Now take all stuffing ingredients in a bowl.dry roast semolina till golden in colour. Dry roast Mawa till it become light brown.

When mawa becomes cool add all the ingredients in Mawa and mix well. Dough is ready now make small size balls from the dough. Flatten it and put in a mould.place stuffing.make gujhiyas.

Heat oil.fry all Gujiyas till crispy and brown. Transfer on a paper napkin.

Now garnish with chocolate syrup and rainbow sprinkles.serve
