Steps

Take one pan deep fry onion and tomatoes for 2 minutes

Add onion and tomatoes grind in Puree add some oil in pan for heat now add Ginger garlic paste cumin seeds add all spices and Puree

Mix it well untill pan leave the oil after it add paneer cubes and 1 cup water boil it. At low flame garnish with coriander leaves and grated paneer

Shahi paneer is ready for plating
