3large eggs
2habanero pepper
1small sized onion
1star maggi cube
1 tspvegetable oil
1 pinchsalt

Break your eggs into a bowl, add your dice pepper, onion, tomatoes, Maggi and salt. Whisk everything together.

Oil your moi moi plates. Pour the egg content into the plate, cover and cook on medium heat for about 10mind and it done. Enjoy your egg with bread or fried plantain 😋😋😋
