Ingredients

  • 6 slicesfresh mozzarella
  • 1large tomato; sliced same thickness as cheese
  • 8 leavesfresh sage; chiffonade
  • 1lemon; zested & juiced
  • 2 clovesgarlic; rough chop
  • 3/4 Cextra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 Cred wine vinegar
  • 1 pinchsugar
  • 1large pinch kosher salt & black pepper

    Combine all ingredients except olive oil, tomato, and mozzarella in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.

    Slowly drizzle in olive oil while machine is running.

  3. 3

    Marinate sliced tomato and mozzarella for 2-4 hours. Serve with dressing.
