Peel and cut top of potato and scoop out the potato and make it as shell. Dip them in cold water.

In a bowl take cornflour,salt, pepper powder, mix herbs and mix it. Dry the potatoes with a tissue and coat with the cornflour powder and deep fry till light brown

In a pan take oil. Cumin, scrapped potato, pepper powder, salt, sugar, herbs, garam masala,garlic chopped, coriander leaves and saute. Add grated paneer and saute. Let it cool

Fill the fried potatoes with the filling and garnish with cheese and grill for 3-5 mins untill cheese melts.

Cut into half portions.

Serve.
