  • 250 gramsBlack chana dal
  • 2Onion
  • 2 tspChilli powder
  • 2 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1 tspMint paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chickpea overnight. Drain the water cooked in 4 whistle

    Grind coarse consistancy.

    Add onion, chilli powder garam masala powder,salt, mint paste.

    Make a small ball and flatten it. Deep fry in oil. Shape as your wish
