Chicken is favorite of my daughter...She always need different in taste.....Malai-Chicken is my own creation .. I always take Leg-Chest portion.. it have good meat when I used Malai in cooking it's creamy gravy brings a wonderful taste in the mouth....I never use water to cook chicken..I always cooked it in chicken's own water..

Ingredients

  1. 1 kgLeg-Chest chicken
  2. 2Malai big spoon
  3. 4Chopped onion
  4. 2 tspChopped coriander
  5. 3Tomato
  6. 7-8Garlic cloves
  7. 1 pieceGinger
  8. 5-6Green chillies
  9. 1 tspKasuri methi
  10. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  11. 1 tspDegi mirch
  12. 2 tspCoriander powder
  13. 1/3 tspGaram masala
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1/4 cupOil

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash chicken properly and keep a side

    Heat oil..add chopped onion till golden brown on medium flame

    Take tomato, ginger, garlic, green chillies and to big spoon Malai in a mixie jar and grind well

    Add mixture in light golden fry onion...stir

    Add masale except kasuri methi..add chopped coriander and cook till oil remove

    Add chicken pieces.. mix in tadka

    Cook it in masala for 10 minutes on medium flame...rub kasuri methi in your palms and pour in chicken

    Stir well and cook another 5 minutes..

    Malai - Chicken is ready......serve hot with roti/ naan
