Steps

Put 1 small spoon full cooking oil in a pan and heat roast paneer from both sides till it becomes light golden in colour and keep it aside.

Fry roughly chopped onion till it goes little transparent then add tomato, garlic, green chilli, ginger, and cashew untill tomato is lightly cooked. Keep them aside to cool. Grind the entire thing in step 3 to make a smooth paste.

Take the same pan and add small spoon full of cooking oil. Add 1 big spoon cooking oil in pan add finely chopped onion and fry it becomes transparent add green chilli, sliced ginger cooked a little. Add the paste we have kept ready. Add curd and salt immediately mix well.add coriander powder cumin powder turmeric powder cook till oil leaves the gravy.

Add a cup water add garam masala and add roasted paneer pieces and stir gently. Add kasuri methi over it and coriander for garnishing.
