  • 2 lbsChicken thighs or drumsticks
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspDried Oregano
  • 1 tspGarlic Powder
  • 0.5 tspSmoked Paprika
  • 0.5 tspChili Powder
  • 0.25 tspCumin
  • 3Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 3 TbspOlive Oil
  • 3 TbspLime Juice
  • 3 TbspAgave Nectar
  • 3 TbspTequila

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or container, mix well and cover. Marinate at least 6 hours.

  2. 2

    Grill on low heat for about 15 minutes on each side. When turning, baste chicken pieces with remaining marinade.
