Ingredients

3 lunch portion
  1. 2 scoopsspicy couscous (from costco)
  2. 1small onion chopped
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1 stickcelery
  5. 2green chillies
  6. 1/4cucumber
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. Fresh lime

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the couscous in boiling water for a few minutes till the water is dry

  2. 2

    Meanwhile chop all the salad ingredients into a bowl

  3. 3

    Then mix all the salad with the couscous and sprinkle salt pepper coriander and squeeze the lime according to taste. Its filling and lovely and colourful for lunch.....
