Clean your rice well n keep it aside to dry.

Prepare the rest of ingredients by cleaning, peeling, dicing n chopping them accordingly.

In a sufuria, add your cleaned beef, let it dry on moderate heat.

Add cooking oil n let your beef cook n brown still on moderate heat.

Add onions, cook till golden brown. Add salt, tomatoes, mix well then add garlic n ginger.

Add your diced carrots, mix well, cover your sufuria n cook for 7 mins.

Add your cleaned dry rice, mix well n let it cook still on moderate heat for 5 mins.

Add 2 cups of water, cook till ready. Avoid over cooking.

Once ready, serve while hot.
