Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add the jeera hing when crackel then add tomatoes green chilli and saute till the tomatoes become soft and pulppy. Add haldi and red chilli powder mix well. Add water and pressure cook the aloo for 3 whistles or till the aloo are cooked.

Open the lid and simmer the aloo sabji by pressing a few cooked aloo with the spoon onthe sides of the cooker. This is to get a slightly thicker consistency of the gravy a little thick. Once done sprinkle garam masala and granish with coriander leaves. Serve with hot puries.

Knead the wheat flour into a stiff dough with water and oil. Make small balls of the dough roll into rounds. Heat oil for deep frying. Fry the poories in oil till the are lite golden brown. Remove the poories into paper napkin to remove excess oil. And serve with aloo sabji, bundi raita achar,pyaj,chach
