Pre heat an oven to 200 degrees

In a bowl, mix the eggs, cheese, cream and salt until completely mixed

Add mushroom and onion and mix in

In an oven proof bowl, line with spray oil, or butter then put the pastry in the bowl and make sure there's no air bubbles. Fold in the mixture and put in oven for 30-40 minutes

Remove from oven if the centre is sturdy and not wet. Let it rest for a couple of minutes 10 to 20 so it's nice and firm when you cut it.
