Ingredients

  • 1 bowlboiled chana
  • 2onion
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 teaspoonginger
  • 1 teaspoongarlic
  • 1 teaspoonhaldi
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonchana masala
  • 1 teaspoonpissa dhaniya
  • Oil(2 service spoon)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil oil and add ginger paste, garlic paste and onion's paste with grinded tomato and fry for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Now add dhaniya,red chilli powder to it and fry for 2 min, now add chana masala to it, add boiled chane to it.

  3. 3

    Fry for 2 min and your brown chane are ready to be tasted.
