Ingredients

2 servings

Broccoli or your vegetable of choice
For the dressing:
1garlic clove, peeled and crushed
1-2 cmchunk ginger, peeled and grated
1small red chilli (or 1/2 a big one), finely chopped
2 tspsoy sauce
2 tspsesame oil
1 tspextra virgin olive oil
1/2 tspapple cider vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lime - or 1 tsp yuzu juice

Steam the vegetables.

Mix the dressing ingredients together. Taste and adapt for your taste.

Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables. Enjoy 😋
