In a bowl add yeast, sugar, flour, salt, milk and cinnamon and mix.

Mix egg and mashed banana.

Add egg mixture with flour and mix with little water and mix for 1 minute to activate the yeast. The consistency should be thicker than pancake mixture and softer than doughnut.

Cover and allow to rise for 1 hr or less. Then heat up oil and scoop round balls using hands into hot oil and fry until golden brown.

Serve warm and enjoy
