Drumsticks sabji in sweet and sour gravy

Clean and cut the drumsticks. Boil it in water and keep aside. Take kokam and jaggery, boil it in water, strain the water. Roast the peanuts

Roast the dry coconut powder and chop the onions and saute till golden and crispy. Take onions, green chillies, peanuts, dry coconut powder, ginger and garlic and make a fine paste.

Now heat oil add hing, masala, saute well, then add the spices. Mix well till oil separates. Now add the sweet and sour water, drumsticks. Add water if required. Allow it to boil well. When done serve garnished with coriander leaves.
