Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprawa
  2. 2 cupmilk
  3. 2 tablespoonghee
  4. 1cardamom (optional)
  5. 3 tablespoonsugar
  6. 5cashew
  7. 5badam
  8. 10raisins

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast the rawa. Mean while boil the milk. Add sugar.

    Add ghee and cardamom powder. After milk start boiling add rawa with continuous stirring so that no lumps are formed.

    Reduce the flame and cover lid cook for a minute and add dry fruits roasted in ghee. Serve hot topped with ghee.
