  • Ogbono
  • Salt

  • Crayfish
  • Okpei
  • Stockfish

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil meat and stock fish.Grate okro and blend ogbono.bleach palmoil and fry the ogbono stir as is frying.add meat with stockfish and stir boil

  2. 2

    Grind pepper,crayfish and put also put seasoning cubes,okpei and salt leave the pot uncovered and boil very well.

  3. 3

    Lastly is grated okro.
