Ingredients

  1. Beans
  2. Stock fish
  3. Meat
  4. Scotch bonnet
  5. Onions
  6. Red pepper
  7. Dry ginger
  8. Locust bean
  9. Dry fish
  10. Palm oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the beans and remove the shaft then pound in a motar

  2. 2

    In a pot put in palm oil add in the already pounded beans and stir fry for 5sec afterwards add in water then the meat and fish

  3. 3

    Grind remaining ingredients and continue cooking till done
