Firstly wash the tinda and peel them and make holes in it with the help of fork. Then boil tinda in the salt water. When the tinda 80 percent cooked then turn off the gas and keep it aside.

Take a mixture jar and now put ginger, garlic and green chilli and grind them and transfer in a bowl and keep it aside. Make onion paste and make tomato puree with the help of mixture jar.

Heat oil in a kadai and put cumin seeds, asafoetida, mustard and cloves in it. When they start coming to crackle then add prepared ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and saute it for few seconds and add onion paste in it and stir fry for a minute. Now add tomato puree in it and mix it well and add all dry spices in it and saute it.

After few minutes when the masala cooked then add boiled tinda in it and mix it well and cover it for five minutes and after five minutes we add garam masala, coriander leaves and mix it well and turn off the gas stove.

Your gravy wale tinda is ready to serve.
