Crush the garlic and green chili pepper in a mortar and pestle until well mashed.

In a mixing bowl, add the labneh with a pinch of salt. Finely chop the walnuts with a knife and add them to the labneh along with the garlic and chili. Mix well.

Serve on a plate with whole walnuts and a drizzle of olive oil.
