Boil Palm fruits for 10 min

Strain the water, pound it using motar and pestle

Add a little water use a sieve to extract the juice in to your cooking pot

Allow to boil for 15min,by then it will be thicker

Add precooked beef, onions,add freash fish, frcrayfish,ogiri, Banga spices,scent leaf,chilly pepper and salt to taste cover allow to cook and serve
