Steps

Chopped the onion,tomato,green chillies,garlic and ginger.

Heat oil and ghee in a wok add green cardamom and dalchini and saute it till nice aroma in oil.

Now add chopped onion and saute till golden brown in colour.

After saute add chopped tomatoes,ginger,garlic,green chillies and all spices and saute until leave the oil in edges.

Add grated paneer,boiled corn,malai and some water,cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Transfer in a serving bowl add chopped coriander and grated paneer serve hot with chur chur coriander paratha.
