In a mixing bowl add flour salt and buttermilk and kneed a normal soft dough.

Let it rest rest for atleast 30 minutes

Boil potatoes and mash very well

Add all the condiments in mashed patatoes.

Now make small pera.

With the help of rolling pin roll 2 small rotis.

In the centre of 1 roti spoon out the potato filling and cover it with another roti

Now roll again until the filling is spread and roti is not very thick

Fry paratha on tawa using desi ghee

Serve with raita.
