Steps

Add jeera,dalchini, cloves,black pepper and grind coarsely.

In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil add grinded masala, saute it

Now add garlic, green chilli, ginger paste, onion and mix it well cook till onion get translucent.

Add haldi, lal mirch, mix it well

. Add curd and mix well, cook for 2 minutes.

Add dhaniya powder, roasted jeera, kashmiri lal mirch, garam masala, mix it well, saute for 2 minutes, add tomato puree, cook well till masala leaves pan,now add salt, mix well.

Now add 1/2 tsp sugar, mix well.

Add cream, mix well, cook for 2 minutes, separate 2 tbsp of gravy, In another pan add chopped paneer and chat masala and mix it,saute it till it becomes thick.

Place rings in it, cover with lid keep aside for 2 minutes.

After two minutes add chopped dry paneer in the middle of rings.

Sprinkle kasuri methi on it, Patiyala Paneer is ready, serve hot. Best accompanied with laccha parantha.
