Ingredients

20 minutes

4 person

1 cuppearl millet flour
3/4 cupjaggery
2 tspfennel seeds
2 tspdry ginger powder
2 tbspghee
1 tbspalmond silvers
1/4 tspcardamom powder
as requiredGhee for cooking

Add water in jaggery & heat it till jaggery dissolve totally. Now add all ingredients in flour and knead dough using jaggery water.

Now carefully roll thick roti out of it. It may break as pearl millet are gluten free.

Cook from both side using ghee on preheated skillet.

Serve hot.
