Using a wok and the option to replace ribs with pork chops.
Cooking Instructions

Cook the rice. I use a typical wok with a bamboo steamer and a cotton cloth. Add enough water to generously cover the rice, cover, and cook over medium heat.

Finely chop all the vegetables and the pork chop.

Sauté the onion and garlic over low heat until translucent. Add the finely chopped pork chop, then the chicken sliced not too thinly, and finally the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Once cooked, set aside.

Sauté the remaining vegetables (except the chives and baby corn in brine) until tender but still green. Set aside.

If your wok is large enough, you can push the ingredients to the sides to keep them warm. Beat the egg and pour it into the center of the wok, stirring vigorously until you get very small pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Once cooked, set aside.

Once the rice is cooked, remove it from the heat and drain any excess water if necessary. It's time to fry the rice, adding soy sauce to taste and then integrating the rest of the ingredients in order: starting with the vegetables, the egg, the proteins, and the chopped baby corn. Mix and add a bit more soy sauce.

When serving, sprinkle some fresh chives on top.
