Ingredients

  • For stock-(yakhini)
  • 1 kgmeat
  • 5 tspfennel seeds
  • 5 tspcoriander seeds
  • 1medium onion
  • 1garlic
  • 2 inchescinnamon stick
  • 8-10green chillies
  • 2bay leaves
  • 1 1/2water
  • 4 tbspsalt
  • For making biryani:
  • 1onion
  • 10green chillies(acrdng ur taste)
  • 1 tspcloves
  • 1/2black pepper
  • 2black cardomoms
  • 5-6green cardomoms
  • 2 inchescinnamon stick
  • 1mace
  • 1 tbspzeera
  • 200 gramsghee
  • 4 tspdahi
  • 5 tspginger garlic paste
  • salt (acordng to taste)
  • Little little red colour

Steps

  1. 1

    For stock or yakhini ----now take a cooker add water, meat, bay leaf and salt into it....then take a cotton or thin cloth and make a potli of it....in a potli add cut onion, green chillis, fennel seeds, cardomom seed,cinnamon stick, garlic Nd tie it.....put the potli into cooker and cook it for 30 min after whistle...

    First We will chop onion, cut green chillies and mix all garam masala

    Take a bowl add rice and pour water and soak it for 1 hour.

    Now take a bhagona..add ghee,when ghee become hot add all garam masala....

    After garam masla, add onion and green chilli and saute it.

    Then add meat piece from stock and saute it...then add ginger garlic paste,curd and saute it...

    When ginger garlic and curd become transculent add yakhini into it and mix....add little salt and taste it... (check that salt is become catchy)

    When yakhini is about to boil add rice into it...mix it and cover it...cook it for 10 mins...then check the rice and again cook...when rice is cook add colour into it(optional) and cover it.....bryani is ready serve it with chilli chutney and raita...
