    Put water in a pot,add washed yam cut to desired sizes,add salt when boiling,when soft,strain,set aside.slice onions,pour palm oil to a dry pot on medium heat,when hot,add onions,dry pepper,seasoning as desired,stir continuously,turn off heat when onions is done and crispy... Enjoy
