Ingredients

  1. Fordahi:
  2. 500 gmsPlain curd
  3. To tasteSalt
  4. 4 tbspSugar or as per taste
  5. Forphulki:
  6. 2 cupsGram flour
  7. 2 tspGinger-green chilli paste
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 pinchBaking soda
  10. 1/2 tspHaldi powder
  11. As requiredWater
  12. 1/4 tspHeeng
  13. For garnish:
  14. As requiredGreen coriander leaves
  15. As neededGreen chutney
  16. As requiredImli chutney
  17. 1 tspRoasted jeera powder
  18. ForTadka:
  19. 4-5Curry leaves
  20. 1/2 tspJeera
  21. 4-5Dried red chillies
  22. As requiredOil to deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly mix all the ingredients of phulki section and make a smooth paste. Allow it to rest for 30 mint.

    Now take a blender and blend all ingredients of dahi section. Refrigerate it.

    Now heat oil in a wolk and make the phulki.

  4. 4

    Dip the phulki in salty water for 5 mins.

  5. 5

    Squeeze excess water from phulki with your hands softly. And dip in dahi.

  6. 6

    Take a fry pan and give tadka to the phulki. Garnish it. Serve chilled.

    Ready to serve.
