Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 400 gramsSliced Pork
  2. 100 gramsSpring Onion
  3. 1 tbspSesame Oil
  4. <Sauce>
  5. 2 tbspSake(Japanese Cooking Wine)
  6. 1 tspChinese soup stock(Chicken Soup stock)
  7. 2 tspMirin
  8. 1/2 tspMinced Garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the sliced pork into easy-bite-size. Cut the spring onion into small pieces.

    Mix together the Sauce ingredients.

  3. 3

    Heat the frying pan and Sesame Oil. Then fry the Pork until browned. Wipe off excess oil with paper towel. Add the Sauce marinade add dress.

    Add the souring onion on the Pork. Place on a serving dish. (It’s good to serve with sliced cabbage or Lettuce.)
