  2. 1bell pepper
  3. Packminced beef
  4. 1 cantinned tomatoes
  5. Tomato purée
  6. chilli flakes
  7. 1 canred kidney beans

    Fry the onion and beef until cooked.

    Add chopped pepper, tinned tomatoes and purée, chilli flakes and the kidney beans.

    Cook for 30 minutes or until thickened
