For cones dough: Take maida and sieve it and add all ingredients and make soft dough of it. And keep aside.

For mince: Heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves, heeng, jeera to it. When jeera starts cracking add onions 1 tsp and tomatoes and green chilli and all spices after that add soya granules and cook it on medium flame for 5 mint. Switch of the flame.

Now add all the chopped veg and keep aside.

Now divide the dough into small balls and make a round chapatti out of it. Don't flip the chapatti.Cut it into Samosa patti size. Homemade samosa patti is ready. You can use ready made samosa patti also.

Now stuff the mixture as shown in the picture. And bind the cones with maida paste.

Coat the cones first in maida dip and then with the bread crumbs. At this point you can freeze it for 1 month and reuse it as and when required.

Heat oil in a wolk and deep fry cones on a medium flame till golden. Ready.Serve hot.
