Ingredients

  • Pie crust
  • Honey
  • 3lg eggs
  • 1/4 cheavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cmilk
  • 1/3 cPesto
  • Grated Mozzarella, 1/2c for filling
  • 1/2 lbGrape or cherry tomatos, halved
  • Parm
  • Creamy goat cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 425

  2. 2

    Make filling- crack and whisk eggs, cream, milk, pesto, tomatoes and mozzarella

  3. 3

    Pour filling into pie crust and top with dollups of spreadable, creamy goat cheese and sprinkle with parm

  4. 4

    Bake 24- 26 min, or until cooked thru and browned

  5. 5

    Reccomend side dish- green salad with vinaigrette
