Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsatta
  2. 1 cupgur
  3. 1 tbspsaunf
  4. 2 tbspghee
  5. as requiredSalt
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. as requiredOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the gur in hot water. Stir it.

  2. 2

    Take another bowl. Add atta,ghee,salt and baking powder.

  3. 3

    Add gur and make a batter.

  4. 4

    Add saunf.

  5. 5

    Heat oil and add a dollop of batter.

  6. 6

    Deep fry them one by one and serve hot.
