This is a nutritional snack cum breakfast cum starter cum salad loaded with lots of calcium, potassium and rich in protein.Enjoy with your loved ones.
Steps

Take a heavy bottom pan,add milk let it boil,then add curd in it it will start curdling..

Then add lemon juice..

Then immediately add all the herbs chilli flakes, thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano, parsley or coriander, garlic powder (optional) and salt as per taste..Mix it well you will see the milk is curddled.

Then add the curddled paneer in a strainer,let all water comes out and then put the herb paneer in freezer for 20 minutes,then take out and cut into your desired shape..

Take a non stick pan put ghee and roast the herbs paneer bites from all sides or you can deep fry it in oil on high flame,till it becomes golden brown.Serve it hot or cold.

Tips:1. You can use mix herbs which is available in market easily. 2. Number of Paneer cubes vary from size and shape given..3 you can serve it with mayonnaise, salsa dip or soups.
