Crock Pot Potato Chowder
Very delish! Especially for cold fall and winter nights.
Steps

Peel and chop potatoes (into cubes) and onion, add to crock pot.

Add seasonings and garlic. Mix well and set aside.

In a large bowl soften cream cheese. Then add cream of mushroom, butter and sour cream, mix well.

Add mixture to crock pot and mix well.
- 5
Add milk and chicken broth and mix well.
- 6
Cook on high for 5 hours.
- 7
Tip: Check the soup periodically. If it is too thick add 1/2 cup of chicken broth. If it's too thin add flour to thicken. Enjoy 😉
