5-6 ladoos

  2. 2 tbspghee/clarified butter
  3. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  4. 2 tbspsugar or as per teast
  5. 4-5chopped almonds

    First of all, Make small pieces of the roti and grind to make coarse power.

    Mix sugar and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now in a heated pan add ghee. Now add cardamom powder, almonds and roti mixture and mix well. Roast it for 3-4 minutes.

    Switch off the flame. Let it cool down a bit. Then a start making ladoo.

    Roti Churma lodoo is ready for serve.serve with kheer or fhirni.
