Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cupsflour
  • 1 cuphot water
  • 3/4shortening
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt

    Add salt and baking powder in the flour

  2. 2

    Add shortening and mix thoroughly

  3. 3

    Add hot water and mix
    to make dough

  4. 4

    Cover with wet towel for 30mins

  5. 5

    Divide dough into 12

  6. 6

    Heat pan roll each ball into circular shape

  7. 7

    Place on the pan till both sides are brown
