Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsvermicelli
  2. 1tomato
  3. 1/2 cupsweet corns
  4. 1/2 cupcarrots
  5. 1/2 cupcapsicum
  6. 2 tspchilli flakes
  7. 1 tsporegano
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 cuproasted chana powder
  10. As requiredOil for shallow frying
  11. 2 tspcoriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Keep water in a big vessel to boil. Add salt and 1 tsp oil while boiling it.

  2. 2

    When it starts boiling, add vermicelli to it. When it gets cooked, drain the water and strain it.
    Let it get cool down completely.

    Mix roasted chana powder, boiled sweet corn, chopped carrots, chopped capsicum, salt, chilli flakes, oregano, coriander to it.

    Mix it properly and make balls out of it.

  5. 5

    Hot the appe tawa and apply little oil.
    on it. Fry the balls till it becomes crisps from outside.

    Serve it with tomato ketchup.
