Bitter Papaya Leaf
Steps

Cut and boil the Papaya leaves for 5 minutes (add a pinch of salt on it). Rinse with cold water & squeeze the water. Set aside.

Cut into slices: garlic, shallots & chilies. Cut the pork too.

Stir fry: garlic, shallots, chilies & galangal with 2 spoons of oil until golden brown then add the pork. Stir up for 1 minutes then add Papaya leaves.

Add water, salt (to taste) and sweet soy sauce. Stir up ±3 minutes then ready to serve. I usually eat it with rice 🥰
