In a bowl mix the poppyseed, coconut, green chilli paste with salt and the rice flour. Add the green chillies and make small round patties.

In a nonstick pan heat oil to shallow fry the fritters and as it heats up gently place the patties and shallow fry them on both sides till they turn golden brown in colour. Serve hot!
