Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 300 gramcottage cheese (paneer)
  2. 100 gramcheese cubes
  3. 2 tbsprefined flour
  4. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1 tspchaat masala
  8. 1 tspred pepper powder
  9. 1 inchginger
  10. 2green chillies
  11. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  12. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mashed paneer

    Add chopped ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves

    Add salt,both pepper powder and chaat masala

    Mix well

    Take small portion on palm and keep a tiny piece of cheese in it and close to make a small ball.

    Dip it in skirt made by refined flour and water

  7. 7

    Now roll in bread crumbs all around.

    Make all like the same way.

    Now deep fry in oil on medium heat till golden

    Now remove in a plate and serve hot
