Steps

In a clean pot add enough water and potash the set on fire until boils

Then mix small quantity of the flour with cold water and pour into the boiled water and stir it well with muciya,

Then leave it to cook until becomes thick

Then use a cup to pour small quantity of the cooked dawa flour into a clean pot
- 5
Then add the remaining flour to it and stir continuously until well done
- 6
Then bring the remaining batter and pour into the pot and stir again.

Add small hot water on top,cover the pot and cook

The cooking should be done on low heat until done then remove from the fire and serve with okro soup
