Ingredients

  • 4 cupslong grain rice
  • 2cooking spoon of oil
  • 3eggs (whisked)
  • Cubed chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  • Green onions for garnishing
  • 1 cupcarrots and peas
  • Onions (chopped)
  • Minced garlic
  • 3 table spoonlight soy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Add 1 cooking spoon of oil to the wok,add in chopped onions add the chicken with a pinch of salt,saute for 5 min,push the chicken to one side,add the eggs and scramble until fully cooked,remove them from the wok and set aside.

  2. 2

    Add in the remaining oil, add onions and garlic,add the carrots and peas cook until tender,add in the cold rice saute for 3 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the chicken and egg back to the wok, stir in soy sauce and sesame oil cook for 5 minutes to heat through

  4. 4

    Serve immediately garnished with green onions.
